Of course! Simply contact us and we can provide you with a list of references.

We offer some of the greatest payment options in the area. Our clients can enroll in an credit card auto-pay, or we can provide them with their own online account that they can pay through and manage. For those that don't want to use credit cards, we bill our mowing and fertilizing clients on a monthly schedule. Clients will be sent e-mailed or mailed invoices and payment can be made by check through the mail. Invoices will be sent at the end of each month and will be due by the 15th of the following month. One-time services will be invoiced upon completion of the service and will have one billing cycle to make the appropriate payment. If payment is not received by the payment due date; you will be sent a notice and service will be discontinued until the outstanding balance (plus 5% late fee) is paid.

Absolutely not! We offer all of our services without contracts. We do, however, offer clients a 5% prepay discount for mowing and fertilizing services and encourage them to sign a service agreement as a security measure for them.

We do when we can fit it into our schedule; if you schedule it in advance, we should have no problem. We will do our best with last minute requests.

We typically mulch grass clippings to recycle the nutrients into the lawn but may bag clippings occasionally if grass growth is excessive. If grass growth is always more than we can keep up with, we will request that you shorten your service durations or pay an additional fee to compensate for the additional time that bagging requires.

This is a common misconception. In fact, mulched clippings encourage soil microbes that feed on grass clippings, thatch and other disease causing organisms. By mulching your grass clippings you can add up to two pounds of nitrogen per 1,000 square feet, a free way to fertilize your lawn. Thatch build-up is typically caused by dead root systems.

We try our best to keep your mowings on the same day every week, but sometimes weather can cause a shift in your date. We will try to get you back on your regularly scheduled day the following visit. Occassionally, we may need to make a permanent shift to the day you will be serviced, but we will discuss this with you before making the change.

You most definitely can reschedule or cancel a service visit. Simply contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. The more advanced notice you can give us the better, so we can schedule other work during that time.

We do not cut your lawn during moderate to heavy rains, but may cut during light rains to keep on schedule. If rain occurs during a scheduled service visit, we will schedule you the following day and be back on schedule by the following week.
